I started buying Gyaru brand in 2024. When I was a baby gal, I was super insecure about that fact that I owned *ZERO* brand items. As I got older I didn't really care as much, but I was eventually able to get my hands on some!! ^_^ I would say my favorite brands are LIZ LISA, Yumetenbo, Cecil McBee, MA*RS (sadly I'll prob never have any :,) -It's too expensive...), and Jesus Diamante.
